Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment • All payments are processed securely via Wix Payments. • Options include full payment, Pay in 4, or a two-payment split for 3- and 6-month programs. • Discounts only apply if a promotion is active. • Missed or failed payments (2 times) may result in program termination without refund and a 90-day booking restriction. ⸻ Scheduling & Cancellations • Sessions must be booked at least 1 week in advance, unless approved by your coach. • 24-hour cancellation notice is required. • Late cancellations: $15 fee, no-shows: $25 fee. Fees must be paid before scheduling your next session. Two no-shows result in program termination without refund. • Each session may be rescheduled up to 2 times, depending on coach availability. • Coaches will communicate promptly if they need to reschedule; additional compensation may apply if necessary. ⸻ Sessions & Lesson Plans • Sessions run 60–90 minutes, depending on program type. • Coaching is available virtually via Zoom or in-person. • All programs include personalized lesson plans. • Sessions are recorded and provided within 24 hours upon request. • Homework and supplemental materials are emailed at the end of each session. ⸻ Refunds & Guarantees • Programs are non-refundable, except in unforeseen circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis. • Results are dependent on your practice and commitment outside of sessions. ⸻ Student Expectations • Be respectful, communicative, open to feedback, and ready to learn. • Inappropriate behavior or language may result in removal from The Vocal Loft with no refund. • Complaints or disputes are handled case by case. ⸻ Liability • The Vocal Loft and its coaches are not liable for any injuries or issues related to coaching.
